In the consultation we have a conversation about how you have been getting on to make sure your plan suits where you are at now. This includes:
reviewing and rating your symptoms to see what’s changed
talking about what was easy to change and what worked well
understanding any areas that you struggled with or that didn’t work well
discussing how the changes you made have impacted on your everyday life
This leads to a revised nutrition and lifestyle plan which might include tweaks to your recipes, lifestyle tips or supplements to get even better results.
Some people find it useful to have several ongoing consultations. Others need only one. Our human bodies are complex systems and not everyone needs the same level of nutritional support.
