When we're tired, stressed or feeling down, we often crave sugar. Rather than being an occasional treat, sugar can start to take on a role as a habitual stimulant and a comfort food. But a reliance on sugar (in any of its forms) has negative implications for our health and wellbeing. It impacts our energy levels, hormone balance, skin, digestion, immune system, sleep quality and how our bodies respond to stress, among other things - not to mention increasing the risk of developing serious chronic illnesses and health conditions.

What is the 7 day sugar reset?

This is a week-long plan of nourishing, satisfying meals and snacks to keep your energy up and your appetite satiated, without you feeling the need for sugary snacks and high carb meals to keep you going.

You'll also learn tips and tricks to take with you beyond the 7 days so you can continue to curb sugar cravings and eat in a way that is balanced and sustainable.

How it works

The 7 day plan is about introducing a range of foods into your diet that will reduce your reliance on simple sugars, refined carbohydrates and processed foods. As a result, you will experience more stable energy levels, fewer cravings and a more balanced mood.

Support and motivation

You'll receive an email on each day of the reset with tips to keep you motivated, plus 2 calls with me at key points to help keep you on track. You'll also learn how certain foods and lifestyle habits benefit better blood sugar balance. Taking this knowledge forward with you, you can continue to make informed choices and sustainable changes.

As a healthy eating novice I really needed structure which is what the 7 day Sugar Reset offered.

If I’d just bought the ingredients for one recipe I’d have been reverting back to bad habits within hours nullifying any positive effects. I was able to use the ingredients in a number of different ways across the week and many of them are now my cupboard staples.

What particularly enticed me is that I have tried a few of Jodie’s recipes before and they are so rich and tasty. The 7 day reset did not disappoint. The recipes were quick, easy and tasted amazing. This is not hamster food!
