I help women discover how to eat and live to feel their best.

I combine evidence-based nutrition advice - to help balance hormones, support the body's response to stress and improve sleep - with strategies to support your well-being as a whole. This can include anything from promoting relaxation, to developing a non-judgemental approach to eating, to being more mindful in your everyday life.

My consultation process is geared to me understanding who you are and how you live. This means your plan is tailor made to you and only you. Throughout our work together, I inform, support and empower you to make realistic, sustainable changes that get results.
