CONSULTATION PLANS
Structured nutritional therapy for more complex, ongoing, or multifactorial health concerns.
These plans are designed for clients seeking deeper, longer-term support.
Each plan includes:
A 90-minute initial Whole-Person Consultation
Ongoing 45-minute follow-up consultations (x 3-6 depending on plan)

WHOLE-PERSON CONSULTATION
A comprehensive assessment of your health history, symptoms, and relevant lifestyle factors.
Before your appointment, you will complete a short health questionnaire and 3-day food diary.
This consultation forms the clinical foundation of your plan.
Within one week, you receive a personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle plan. This may include dietary strategies, targeted supplementation, functional testing, and referrals where appropriate.
ONGOING CONSULTATION
A structured follow-up session to review progress and refine your plan.
We assess how your symptoms and health markers are responding and adjust recommendations accordingly.
These sessions ensure your plan continues to evolve in line with your progress.
Typically scheduled 2–4 weeks after your initial consultation, or booked as standalone support when needed.

Consultations are delivered online via Zoom, with in-person appointments available on request.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged in full (or deducted from an existing plan).
Consultation plans are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and are non-refundable.
