My Approach

My approach to skin health is inside-out and is based on 3 pillars: Nutrition, Facials and Results-Driven Rituals.

I use my nutrition and skin expertise to address the internal biological processes that regulate skin health, and use of topical products that both nourish and stimulate the skin. At-home practices include daily rituals: self-care with results.


1. NUTRITION

A personalised nutrition and supplement protocol optimises nutrient status to support the structural integrity of the skin, the skin and nervous system’s resilience to stressors, a healthy metabolism including skin-cell turnover and the regulation of inflammation and pigmentation.

Practical ways to meet specific nutrient needs during peri/menopause will be incorporated.

Result: firmer, more elastic, even and calm skin, and a balanced and nourished body.


2. FACIALS

Facial massage promotes tension-release and relaxation, micro-circulation and lymphatic drainage.

All products, techniques and treatments are tailored to the specific needs of your skin, to nourish both the skin and nervous system through the power of touch.

I use chemical re-surfacing products and topical skin nutrition (including anti-oxidants, peptides and skin-soothing actives) to meet your skin wherever it’s at.

Result: profound relaxation, and plumped, de-puffed and radiant skin.



3. RESULTS-DRIVEN RITUALS

Each facial includes a consultation, where you’ll receive recommendations for at-home skincare, nutrition and lifestyle principles. These daily rituals continue to build on the key principles of skin health between clinic appointments.

Rituals will combine evidence-based skincare ingredients and holistic practices, and will be tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle.
