Not sure where to begin?
If you're experiencing changes in your hormones, skin, energy or metabolism, you don't need to know exactly what kind of support you need before getting started.
This page is designed to help you understand where nutritional therapy may fit and which area of support may be most relevant to you.
FIND YOUR AREA OF SUPPORT
Choose the area that feels closest to what you're experiencing. You can explore each page in more detail before deciding whether to book.
Hormonal Health & Cycle Support
Support for menstrual and hormonal health, including PMS, PMDD, irregular or painful periods and conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis.
Perimenopause & Menopause Nutrition Support
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle support through perimenopause and menopause, including changes in energy, body composition, sleep, mood and skin.
Metabolic Health & Body Composition Support
Support for metabolic health, blood sugar balance, body composition, energy and weight changes, including those associated with PMOS or perimenopause/menopause.
Skin Health
An inside-out approach to skin health, combining nutritional therapy with specialist skin knowledge for concerns including acne, rosacea and hormonally influenced skin changes.
IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?
Nutritional therapy may be appropriate if you're looking for a more personalised approach to your health, particularly if you're experiencing ongoing symptoms or changes that you'd like to understand in a wider context.
You don't need to have a specific diagnosis or know exactly what's causing your symptoms. We begin with your individual health history, concerns and goals and identify the areas where nutritional and lifestyle support may be relevant.
Nutritional therapy can also complement conventional medical care and prescribed treatments where appropriate.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CONSULTATION TO CHOOSE?
If you have a specific question or clearly defined nutritional goal, a Compact Consult may be appropriate.
For more complex, ongoing or multifactorial concerns, a Whole-Person Consultation provides the foundation for a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, with follow-up support available.
If you're unsure, don't worry — the introductory call is the best place to start.
